Bagel Faces – Breakfast For Kids

This is a fun breakfast for kids!

What you need:

1 medium-long thin carrot, sliced into thin rounds
small cherry tomatoes, whole or sliced in half
sliced black olives
thinly sliced small bell pepper
alfalfa sprouts
1 small cucumber, sliced into thin rounds
2 bagels, cut in half
1 small container whipped low-fat cream cheese

Arrange the vegetables in small bowls on a table. Spread the cream cheese on the bagel halves. Your kids can decorate the bagels with the vegetables, using carrot rounds for eyes, cherry tomatoes for a nose and cheeks, alfalfa sprouts for hair, etc. (Makes four servings.)

These are a lot fancier than what I usually cook for “fancy” kids breakfasts! I like to put a jelly smiley face in a pancake!
