Ham & Swiss Spirals

The last time my husband made a spiral ham, we had quite a bit leftover. The next night for dinner he decided to make Ham & Swiss Spirals. He chose the largest slices, laid them out and placed slices of swiss cheese on top of it. He then rolled them up and used a toothpick to keep it together.

He took some of the maple brown sugar glaze that came with the ham, brushed it on top and also added some to the bottom of a 9 X 12 baking pan. He put a rack {the one that came with our toaster oven} in the pan and then placed the ham & swiss spirals on the rack. It was covered with aluminum foil and put in the oven for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

My family said it was delicious! I’m a vegetarian so I didn’t have any, but I enjoyed taking the photos, which I think came out really well if I do say so myself.
